What you’ll do:

  • Process applications, service requests, trades, and paperwork with precision.
  • Run client illustrations and prep documentation to support client meetings.
  • Manage Marty’s calendar, ensure meetings flow smoothly, and coordinate with remote team members.
  • Track radio show leads, schedule appointments, and follow up to keep opportunities moving forward.
  • Suggest improvements and tighten workflows so the whole team runs leaner and better.

You’ll stand out if you:

  • Have financial services experience (but quick learners are welcome).
  • Know your way around insurance paperwork or are willing to get licensed fast.
