  • Property Financial Administration: Review and process invoices, manage operating expenses and collections, handle percentage rent billing, address invoice revisions promptly, and oversee W-9 requests for the property portfolio.
  • Property and Tenant Communications: Interpret and enforce leases while fostering tenant loyalty through clear communication, timely responses, and excellent service, including coordinating with stakeholders, sending tenant memos, and conducting interviews.
  • Database Management: Ensure compliance with insurance requirements via myCOI, manage ID Inspect and ID Plans platforms, and complete Smartsheet tasks for acquisitions and regional meetings.
  • General Support/Collaboration: Coordinate with Property Managers and the Regional Team on property operations, issue resolution, tenant onboarding, leasing activities, and strategic planning, while supporting acquisitions, dispositions, and cross-functional collaboration to ensure key deliverables are met.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational and time management skills

Salary

$55,000-$60,000/year

Benefits

Our hiring process receives the same level of attention and diligence as our investment strategies, reflecting our commitment to long-term assets in both areas. As a testament to our investment in you, we provide:

  • Comprehensive health benefits, wellness programs, and retirement plans
  • Flexible work schedule and PTO that focus on trust and accountability rather than set office hours or a specific number of days off
  • A welcoming company culture that fosters inclusivity, with dedicated opportunities to recognize achievements and cultivate internal connections

Come join a team atmosphere where talent thrives, and teamwork is the norm—a space that encourages everyone to strive for excellence.
