Our client in the Montrose area is looking for 5-6 full-time and/or part time experienced Baristas. The client is a high-end commercial and residential luxury interior design firm who has recently added a coffee and matcha bar to their gallery experience. There will no food handling (or served) at this time. These individuals will be responsible for preparing and serving coffee and/or tea to high-end clientele who might have design meetings/appointments, or potential clients who are shopping for pieces within the gallery. The client is looking for professional, customer-service oriented individuals who can make others feel welcome, valued and important – service with a smile. They will provide uniforms and offer flexibility of schedule. The coffee/tea bar is open weekdays, evening and weekends and the client offers an app that will let team members select preferred shifts and/or switch/trade as needed at their discretion.
Individuals must have recent barista experience and be available to interview and/or begin new employment fairly quickly. This will be a temp-to-hire situation, where the temp phase will be roughly 90 days (give or take, depending on how things are going).
Since this is a new addition to their business, the client is leaving the hourly pay rate open to better understand what the current market is demanding.
