Job description
Responsibilities:
- Perform account reconciliation and analysis to ensure accuracy and completeness of financial records
- Conduct bank reconciliation to verify the accuracy of bank statements and transactions
- Oversee payroll functions, ensuring accurate and timely processing of employee payments
- Handle accounts payable tasks, including invoice processing, payment scheduling, and vendor management
- Prepare financial reports, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements
- Provide technical accounting expertise and guidance to ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulations
- Manage accounts receivable activities, including invoicing, collections, and customer account maintenance
- Assist with tax-related activities, such as preparing tax returns and coordinating with external tax advisors
Skills:
- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and practices
- Proficiency in financial report writing and analysis
- Experience with account reconciliation and analysis techniques
- Ability to handle payroll processing and related tasks accurately and efficiently
- Knowledge of accounts payable processes, including invoice processing and vendor management
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong communication skills to effectively interact with internal teams and external stakeholders

Pay: $65,000.00 - $80,000.00 per hour
