Job Description

• 
  Maintain and reconcile general ledger accounts and financial statements
• 
  Manage accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and collections
• 
  Process payroll and ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations
• 
  Prepare and file sales tax, payroll tax, and other required filings
• 
  Assist with budgeting, forecasting, and financial reporting
• 
  Prepare year-end closing entries and reports for tax purposes
• 
  Accurately prepare and file federal and state income tax returns for individuals and small businesses
• 
  Stay updated on current tax laws and accounting best practices
• 
  Communicate with clients to gather necessary financial information and documentation
• 
  Assist in audits, financial reviews, or other financial projects as needed
  Compensation: $50,000 to $70,000
