Role: Business Analyst - Cloud Transformation Initiatives
Location: Fort Worth, TX (Day 1 Onsite)
Job Description:
Business Analyst with 5+ years of experience in cloud transformation initiatives , capable of bridging technical and business teams.
Requirement gathering, migration impact analysis : GCP concepts understanding to bridge business/tech teams; Data flow mapping and source-to-target lineage tracking; Source-to-target data lineage mapping and process documentation; Ability to collaborate across engineering, product, and compliance teams.
Key Responsibilities:
• Document and translate business requirements into technical deliverables
• Lead workshops to gather data lineage, migration priorities, and process flows
• Manage Agile ceremonies, sprint planning, and user story documentation in Jira
• Define and manage UAT plans, success criteria, and end-user training coordination
• Track KPIs for cloud adoption, data accuracy, and application cutover success
