Business Development Representative

Job Summary:

Are you persistent, independent, patient, understanding, and highly competitive? Are you seeking an exciting opportunity with a strong compensation structure? We're looking for motivated appointment setters who will be well-rewarded, with opportunities for sales leadership roles. If this sounds like you, we would love to hear from you!

Structure & Compensation

  • Full-Time Remote Opportunity
  • Base Salary: $30,000 to $40,000 USD per year (depending on experience) + Commission
  • 1st Year OTE: $80,000+ per year
  • 2nd Year OTE: $90,000 to $100,000 per year
  • Advancement Opportunities: Sales closing roles earning north of $10,000+ per month

Job Responsibilities

  • Making calls to medical centers and booking demos for the sales team using the provided dialing software
  • Mastering the elevator pitch to captivate prospects
  • Participating in ongoing product and sales training

Requirements

  • Transferable sales experience, B2B preferred
  • 1+ years of sales experience preferred
  • Driven, competitive, and confident in coaching others and setting expectations
  • Strong time-management and organizational skills in dynamic environments
  • Coachable and eager to participate in ongoing training to improve continuously
  • Empathetic, able to understand and relate to clients and prospects
  • Team player, capable of collaborating with a small team, seeking help when needed, and completing tasks as required
  • Proactive, always striving to address issues or start conversations rather than waiting for the right moment
  • Self-starter, comfortable working remotely, managing your schedule, and meeting deadlines without direct supervision
  • Motivated, with the mindset and drive to keep prospecting despite any rejections
  • Dependable, ready to support and motivate coworkers as needed
