Job Title: Call Center Customer Service Representative

Location : Dallas TX

Duration of Assignment : 3-6 Month contract

Pay Range : $16.00/hr to $17.00/hr

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and/or outbound customer service calls professionally and efficiently
• Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns
• Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
• Accurately document all interactions using internal systems

Requirements:

• Previous call center or customer service experience preferred
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• High school diploma or equivalent
