Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Celonis Value Engineer with 7 years of experience with good data background , process mining, business process optimization, and digital transformation.

This role requires a blend of technical expertise, business acumen, and process improvement skills to help organizations unlock value through data-driven insights.

The Celonis Value Engineer will be responsible for analyzing and optimizing business processes, identifying inefficiencies, and implementing Celonis Execution Management System (EMS) solutions to drive operational efficiency.

The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders, data engineers, business analysts, and IT teams to extract insights from data and create actionable strategies for process enhancement.

Support validation of data (counts, values between source systems and process mining tool).

Use understanding process insights by creating KPIs and actions, identify process inefficiencies, and understand the root causes.

Strong Data Background with 2 years expertise in Process Mining Tool

1 + years in Celonis , Expertise with Oracle SQL Unix Python Jira CI CD Pipeline

Use understanding of data modelling, data structure, reports, formats.

Visualize & create dashboards using Tableau on KPIs in line with client expectations.

Be involved in process improvement techniques / tools and Process Mining / Analytics.

Use experience in SQL scripting & knowledge of data mining to apply complex queries to build the transformation.

Key Roles and Responsibilities:

1. Process Mining & Business Process Analysis

• Conduct deep process mining analysis using Celonis EMS to identify inefficiencies, bottlenecks, rework loops, and deviations across various business functions (Finance, Supply Chain, Operations, Customer Service, etc.).
• Map "as-is" and "to-be" business processes, ensuring alignment with organizational goals and industry best practices.
• Work closely with business leaders and operational teams to identify opportunities for improvement and create a roadmap for value realization.
• Use process mining techniques to discover hidden inefficiencies and automation opportunities that can reduce costs and improve productivity.

2. Data Extraction, Integration, and Transformation

• Collaborate with data engineering teams to extract and integrate data from multiple enterprise systems (SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, and legacy databases) into Celonis EMS.
• Use Tableau SQL, Python, and ETL tools to cleanse, transform, and model data, ensuring accuracy and reliability for analysis.
• Design and develop Celonis process models that provide real-time insights into business operations and performance metrics.
• Implement best practices in data governance and data security to ensure compliance with organizational and regulatory standards.

3. Solution Design, Implementation, and Optimization

• Design and configure Celonis dashboards, execution apps, and automation workflows to drive process improvements.
• Develop custom scripts and queries to automate KPI tracking, anomaly detection, and real-time alerts for process deviations.
• Drive workflow orchestration by integrating Celonis with ERP, CRM, and BPM platforms for seamless process execution.
• Design self-service analytical tools within Celonis, empowering business users to explore data and make data-driven decisions.

4. Value Realization & Performance Monitoring

• Collaborate with stakeholders to define KPIs and measure ROI for Celonis-driven process optimizations.
• Provide efficiency gains, and automation impacts.
• Develop executive-level reports and presentations that showcase Celonis value realization and actionable insights.

6. Continuous Improvement & Innovation

• Stay up to date with Celonis EMS advancements, AI-powered process automation trends, and industry best practices.
• Explore and propose new Celonis use cases across departments to unlock hidden value.
• Contribute to internal knowledge-sharing, documentation, and process mining best practices.

Technical Skills:

Process Mining & Data Analytics: Celonis EMS (Execution Management System), Process Discovery, Process Analytics

Data Integration & ETL: SQL, Python, Alteryx, Tableau, Power BI, SAP HANA, Snowflake

Enterprise Systems: SAP, Oracle, Salesforce, ServiceNow, ERP, CRM, and BPM platforms

Automation & AI: Robotic Process Automation (RPA) – UiPath, Automation Anywhere, AI-driven process enhancements

Data Visualization & Reporting: KPI dashboards, executive presentations, and self-service analytics

Business & Soft Skills:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a focus on business impact.

Ability to translate business challenges into process mining solutions.

Excellent communication skills for stakeholder engagement and executive presentations.

Experience in Agile methodologies and Lean Six Sigma for process improvement.

Proven ability to manage multiple projects and work collaboratively across teams.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Celonis Analyst or Solution Engineer Certification (Preferred)
• Experience in process optimization within Financial Services, Supply Chain, or Healthcare
• Total number of experiences on Data Background 5 years
• Minimum 1 year of experience as Process Analyst SME in any domain and hands-on experience working on Celonis.
• Expertise with Oracle SQL Unix Python Jira CI CD Pipeline.
• Strong practical use of Python and Tableau and eagerness to learn Celonis.
• Good knowledge of Python Scripting.
• Knowledge of real time cases in Process Mining.
• Data Engineering Background.
• Experience with BI tools Tableau, Power BI.
• Customer project-based experience working as Analyst or a Data Engineer on Celonis implementations.
• Proficiency with SQL or other programming languages Python and a strong interest in Big Data Mining and Process Mining.
• Good understanding of execution-oriented solutions in Celonis.
