LPN - Home Care Client Manager - Client Care Coordinator – Full-Time

📍 Location: Sarasota, FL

💰 Salary: $65,000+ annually (based on experience)

We seek an experienced and compassionate Client Care Coordinator to join our growing team in Sarasota, FL. This is a full-time opportunity for someone who has worked as a caregiver and has experience managing or training caregiving staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate and oversee individualized care plans
• Maintain regular communication with clients and families
• Supervise and support caregiving staff
• Assist with caregiver training and performance evaluations
• Manage schedules and staffing needs efficiently
• Ensure high standards of client care and satisfaction
• Act as a liaison between clients, caregivers, and management

What We're Looking For:

• Experience as a caregiver is required
• LPN is welcome
• Managerial experience in a caregiving setting is a must (training, supervising, or overseeing caregivers)
• Professional, prompt, and reliable
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Knowledgeable about home care services and care coordination
• Organized and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment

Required Experience:

● 2+ years in Management

● 2+ years in Home Care preferred

● 3+ years of LPN experience
