Job Title: Triage/Clinical RN(Direct Hire Positions)

Location: Spokane, WA 99202

Pay Range: $72,000 - $94,000/year

Schedule:

  • Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM or 4x10s (7:30 AM – 6:00 PM)

This direct hire position offers two exciting opportunities: Triage/Clinical RN and Procedural RN. Both roles are designed to support patient care and enhance clinical operations in a professional and inclusive setting.

Triage/Clinical RN Responsibilities:

  • Perform phone triage and in-office patient assessments using critical thinking to determine the urgency of care.
  • Communicate and document physician treatment plans, lab/imaging results, and patient concerns in EPIC EMR .
  • Educate patients and assist with specialized procedures such as UroLift, SpaceOAR, and Provenge.
  • Independently perform catheter changes, bladder instillations, infusions, and urodynamics.
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to HIPAA and patient confidentiality standards.
  • Consistently provide excellent customer service and facilitate effective patient care.

Must-Have Qualifications:

  • Licensed RN with a BSN from an accredited school of nursing.
  • WA State Nursing License and current BLS certification .
  • 2+ years of experience in triage, clinical nursing, or procedural nursing (urology experience preferred but not required).
  • Proficiency in EPIC EMR and familiarity with modifiers, coding, and appeals.
  • Strong customer service skills and ability to multitask effectively.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications:

  • 4–5 years of triage experience.
  • Experience with urology procedures, injections, and infusions.
  • Knowledge of computer applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
