Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Roofing Project Manager to oversee roofing projects from start to finish. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and a deep understanding of commercial roofing, with a preference for Garland curved roofing experience.

Will manage a team of 6-20 at a time

Location: Madera, CA

Salary: $100,000-$150,000 depending on experience

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage commercial roofing projects, ensuring quality, efficiency, and safety.
• Read blueprints, perform take-offs, and oversee project execution.
• Coordinate crews, subcontractors, and suppliers while maintaining schedules and budgets.
• Ensure compliance with California prevailing wage laws and industry regulations.
• Conduct site visits, inspections, and problem-solving as needed.
• Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams.

Qualifications:

• Experience in commercial roofing project management (required).
• Garland curved roofing experience (highly desired).
• OSHA 30 and First Aid/CPR certification (required).
• Knowledge of California prevailing wage laws and regulations.
• Ability to read plans and perform take-offs.
• Strong leadership, problem-solving, and innovation skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and Microsoft Office.
