Job Title: Commercial Roofing Project Manager

Location: Austin, TX

Compensation: $95,000 – $130,000+

Tiello is partnering with a respected Commercial Roofing Contractor based in Austin, TX , that specializes in federal and municipal roofing projects . We're seeking a Project Manager to oversee large-scale re-roofing and new construction projects across the public sector.

This role is perfect for someone with experience managing government contracts , who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is confident navigating compliance standards, strict timelines, and public bid processes.

What You’ll Do

• Oversee multiple commercial roofing projects with federal and municipal clients
• Coordinate project timelines, budgets, labor, and materials
• Communicate with government stakeholders, contractors, and in-house crews
• Lead project meetings, walkthroughs, and jobsite safety audits
• Manage documentation, quality control, and compliance with contract specs
• Track change orders, cost efficiencies, and scheduling adjustments
• Ensure successful closeout of each project

What You’ll Need

• 5+ years of experience in commercial roofing or construction project management
• Demonstrated experience with federal, municipal, or public sector projects
• Deep understanding of low-slope systems (TPO, PVC, EPDM, Modified, Built-Up, Metal)
• Ability to read specs, plans, and navigate contract documents
• Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
• Familiarity with public bidding processes and federal compliance standards
• OSHA certification preferred
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management software
