THE ROLE

At FRANKIE4 , we’re redefining footwear—one supportive, stylish step at a time. Now, we’re expanding our footprint across the US, and we’re looking for a passionate Community & Events Coordinator to help lead the charge—starting from Seattle.

This role is all about building meaningful brand connections . You’ll bring the FRANKIE4 spirit to life through community-led events , strategic partnerships , and localized engagement initiatives that inspire, connect, and convert.

You'll collaborate closely with our global brand and marketing teams to create authentic experiences that deepen our relationships with women across the country —and help us make a powerful first impression in new markets.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Event Management

  • Plan, coordinate, and execute brand-led and community-focused events in Seattle and other key US markets.
  • Manage event logistics, including venue coordination, vendor relationships, budgeting, guest experience, and post-event follow-up.
  • Identify and activate opportunities for FRANKIE4’s presence at relevant third-party events and industry gatherings.

Community Growth & Engagement

  • Cultivate relationships with local groups, brand advocates, influencers, and women’s networks to build a loyal community.
  • Champion FRANKIE4 within Seattle by becoming the face of the brand in local interactions and partnerships.
  • Help grow owned community touchpoints by driving in-person and digital engagement (e.g., sign-ups at events, referral programs, etc.).

Strategic Partnerships

  • Identify and collaborate with like-minded, non-competing local businesses and organizations to increase visibility and reach.
  • Coordinate mutually beneficial partnerships that may include event co-hosting, product sampling, or local activations.

Brand & Team Collaboration

  • Work closely with the global brand, marketing, and PR teams to ensure local activities align with FRANKIE4’s mission, values, and brand voice.
  • Share local market insights and community feedback to help shape future campaigns and product storytelling.
  • Film and produce local content to be featured on FRANKIE4’s TikTok and Instagram.

Ambassador & Influencer Engagement

  • Build relationships with US-based micro-influencers and local ambassadors to support word-of-mouth growth.
  • Coordinate seeding and product gifting opportunities to ensure authentic visibility within key communities.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience in community building, event coordination, or brand partnerships
  • A proactive, relationship-first mindset and strong communication skills
  • Local knowledge of the Seattle area and a pulse on community happenings
  • A passion for empowering women and elevating wellness through thoughtful design
  • Ability to travel and support events in other key markets as FRANKIE4 grows across the US

BENEFITS

  • Generous employee discount on our incredible range of shoes.
  • Flexible working arrangements.
  • 401k contributions.
  • Health and other insurances.
  • A growing range of employee benefits designed to support your personal and professional life.
  • Collaborative and supportive work environment, with clear opportunities for internal growth and development.
  • A values-driven culture that puts our people and customers first.
  • Access to our FRANKIE4 Parental Leave program.
  • Work for an organisation that loves to give back – FRANKIE4 supports Brainchild Foundation, The Cure Starts Now, and Brain Tumour Support NZ

***Please note this is a part-time role of 25 hours per week, with a pro-rata salary. You must be based in Seattle and be able to work from the office a minimum of 2 days per week (or equivalent hours spread over 2+ days).

At FRANKIE4, we’re not just building a business – we’re building a community that values purpose, passion, and progress.

If you're driven to make a meaningful impact and excited by the opportunity to transform the way women experience footwear, we want to hear from you! Apply now and join us at FRANKIE4!
