Day to Day :
An employer is looking for a highly skilled Project Manager II to join one of our largest national general contractor clients in their Tampa, FL market. In this role you'll join a growing team and head up various ground up construction projects. These roles will primarily consist of office space builds, including some medical office spaces. In order to be successful on this team you must have prior and recent experience working for a general contractor and be willing to go on site to their office in Tampa, FL 4 days/week. Depending on how large the project is, you may be supporting one project, or several if bandwidth allows.
Must Have :
-8-10 years of experience working as a construction project manager
-Prior experience doing ground-up builds
-Experience collaborating cross functionally with team members and stakeholders
-Prior and recent experience working for a general contractor
-Ability to build internal relationships
-Hands on experience doing office build outs, multi family build outs, or industrial build outs
-Ability to go into their Tampa office 4 days /week
