Now hiring, Goodwill TalentBridge is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Continuing Education Professional Level Associate to join our client's team. In this Contract-to-Hire role, you will assist in planning and developing online clinical education content, manage a comprehensive Education Online library, and support educational initiatives at conferences and meetings.

Responsibilities:

Online Education Management:

• Oversee all content within the CE Online library, ensuring it remains current and relevant.
• Manage and promote on-demand and live webinar content.
• Generate reports on revenue, registration, and program trends.
• Respond to member inquiries regarding online education and provide outstanding customer support.

Program Development:

• Assist in planning and implementing scientific and continuing education programs.
• Work collaboratively with committees to identify new educational opportunities.
• Ensure compliance with accreditation standards.

Event Support:

• Contribute to the planning and delivery of the Annual Meeting, Conferences, and other educational events.
• Manage speaker communications, session planning, and evaluation processes.
• Coordinate the development and proofing of publications and promotional materials.

Committee Collaboration:

• Provide administrative support to various committees and task forces.
• Compile and share evaluation data to inform future programming decisions.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related applications.
• Exceptional communication, organizational, and customer service skills.
• Attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
• Experience with meeting planning and familiarity with continuing accreditation processes is a plus.
