Location: Richardson, TX (On-site, Full-Time)

Shift: Monday - Friday, 9:30 AM - 6:30 PM

Duration: Temporary, anticipated to end late October (covering for leave)

We're looking for a motivated and professional Customer Service Representative to join our team in Richardson, TX, on a temporary basis. Key Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound calls with professionalism and efficiency, addressing customer inquiries and providing timely support.
• Accurately process orders, including material numbers, quantities, and pricing, and resolve line holds due to discrepancies.
• Manage customer service requests via phone and email, including order status updates, acknowledgment requests, and invoice requests.
• Conduct thorough research on part numbers to ensure accurate order processing and resolve product information issues.
• Submit and manage credit and return requests for various discrepancies (e.g., concealed damages, quantity shortages, pricing disputes).
• Assist sales representatives with order placement, status updates, inventory lookup, and customer concerns.

What You Bring:

• Proven ability to manage a high volume of requests with exceptional organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.
• Proficiency in maintaining accurate records within various systems.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and collaborate across departments.
• Bilingual (Spanish/English) strongly preferred.
