Job Description

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to join our clients team and play a pivotal role in delivering exceptional service to their customers. This role involves directly engaging with customers via phone and email to process orders, manage warranty issues, and coordinate repair technician dispatches, among other responsibilities. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced environment, exhibits strong interpersonal skills, and is customer-focused. Fluency in Spanish is strongly preferred to support our diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Answer customer inquiries via phone and email, providing accurate, timely, and professional support.
  • Process customer orders, ensuring all information is complete and entered into the system accurately.
  • Investigate and resolve warranty-related issues, collaborating with internal teams and external vendors as needed.
  • Schedule and dispatch repair technicians to customer locations, ensuring efficiency and clear communication.
  • Maintain detailed, organized records of customer interactions and resolutions in the system.
  • Provide product, service, and troubleshooting information to customers.
  • Assist with various administrative and operational support tasks as needed to ensure smooth departmental functioning.

Requirements:

  • Experience: 1+ years of experience in a fast-paced customer service or similar role.
  • Skills: Strong interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Preferred Competency: Fluency in Spanish (bilingual skills are strongly preferred).
  • Additional Qualifications: Problem-solving mindset, organization skills, and the ability to multitask in a high-pressure environment.
  • Technical Skills: Basic proficiency with customer service software, order management systems, or related tools is a plus.
