Job Title: Dayforce Systems Administrator

Location: Bellevue, Washington

We have teamed up with a leader in the Insurance industry and currently have a job opening for a Training & Learning Consultant in Bellevue, WA .

THIS POSITION:

• Dayforce Administrator
• Dayforce control Module setup

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Serve as a subject matter expert on Dayforce HRIS platforms.
• Act as Dayforce system administrator, addressing system issues and troubleshooting as needed.
• Design and maintain organizational structure within Dayforce, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
• Lead the creation, configuration, and rollout of the Performance Review module in Dayforce.
• Develop and implement the Position Control module, ensuring accurate tracking of positions and headcount.
• Collaborate with HR leadership to identify system needs and recommend enhancements.
• Provide user support, training, and documentation for Dayforce systems.
• Ensure data integrity and compliance with relevant policies and regulations.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Demonstrated expertise as a Dayforce system administrator.
• Strong troubleshooting skills, particularly within Dayforce environment.
• Proven track record in organizational design configuration within Dayforce.
• Direct experience with setup, customization, and deployment of the Dayforce Performance Review module.
• Successful implementation of the Dayforce Position Control module.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Ability to work independently and deliver results on tight deadlines.
• Experience supporting HR stakeholders in an advisory or consulting capacity.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Information Systems, or related field preferred.

Salary range:

• $45 to $75 per hour depending on level of experience
