Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role located in West Chester, OH, for a Digital Marketing & Content Specialist. The specialist will be responsible for facilitating, optimizing, and expanding LEM’s social media marketing strategies. This person will increase brand awareness and engagement, optimize the consumer experience, and ensure a premium relationship between the brand and customers.

Key Performance Objectives:

  • Manage digital platforms, social content creation, and influencers to grow brand and company awareness.
  • Build brand trust via quality communication, advertising, and content.
  • Assist with reporting and optimization of marketing efforts.
  • Conduct research, support the execution of strategies, and drive engagement.

Content Creation & Brand Messaging

  • Write clear, compelling content for digital platforms, newsletters, landing pages, donor emails, and print collateral.
  • Assist in the development of storytelling and customer-facing content, including product updates and campaign messaging.
  • Working closely with the marketing team to ensure brand consistency in tone, visuals, and messaging across all platforms.
  • Manages content scheduling, QA, and tagging across multiple platforms from various content sources

Project Management

  • Build and manage marketing-related project workflows.
  • Track timelines, assign tasks, and oversee project progress for content production, email deployment, and digital campaigns.
  • Maintain recurring workflows and create dashboards to visualize progress and campaign timelines.
  • Identify workflow issues and suggest process improvements to ensure smooth campaign execution.

Analytics & Reporting

  • Monitor performance metrics across platforms, including open/click rates, social media engagement, and ad effectiveness.
  • Use Google Analytics, email platform dashboards, and social media insights to generate monthly reports on social engagement highlights and performance based on key KPIs
  • Provide data-informed recommendations to improve future campaign performance and donor engagement.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree preferred with 2-3 years of experience with social media marketing and content marketing. An associate's degree with 3 – 5 years of relevant experience is considered in lieu of a bachelor's degree.
  • Proficiency with digital tools and platforms (e.g., Google Analytics, a plus).
  • Passion for social media and proficiency with major social media platforms and social media management tools
  • Excellent social listening skills, strong copywriting, and copy-editing skills
  • Working knowledge of video/photo editing tools and digital media formats
  • Top-notch oral and verbal communication skills
  • Knowledge of hunting, homesteading, or meat processing is a bonus but not a requirement
  • Highly organized with project management skills.
  • Strong analytical skills. Experience in Google Analytics is a bonus, but not a requirement
