  • Oversee budget management and capital expenditure planning to maximize returns and ensure sustainable growth.

  • Team Leadership & Development:

  • Lead and grow a high-performing team of asset managers
  • Mentor and develop the team to enhance skills and capabilities in line with evolving industry demands.

  • Stakeholder Management & Reporting:

  • Communicate regularly with internal stakeholders, investors, and external partners on portfolio performance, strategy, and key milestones.
  • Provide senior management with insights into portfolio risks, opportunities, and progress towards strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, reporting standards, and environmental guidelines.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, Finance, Environmental Science, or a related field. An MBA, Master’s degree in renewable energy, or related field is a plus.
  • 10+ years of experience in renewables space, with at least 5 years in the renewable asset management
  • Proven experience in building and refining asset management processes, systems, and reporting in a startup or entrepreneurial setting.
  • Experience leading and scaling teams in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
