Magnify of Central Florida is seeking a strategic, hands-on Director of Finance & Administration to help lead our next chapter of growth. With over $6 million in annual revenue and a mission rooted in dignity and inclusion for people with intellectual and developmental disabilities, we are building a more just and supportive world—one life at a time.

As our senior leader for finance, HR coordination, and administrative operations , you’ll be the backbone of our infrastructure—guiding budgeting, compliance, internal controls, and vendor oversight (including IT). You’ll work alongside a mission-driven executive team and report directly to the Executive Director.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead all budgeting, reporting, and financial planning
  • Oversee internal controls, accounting systems, and external audits
  • Supervise our HR Coordinator and liaise with Diocesan HR for payroll and benefits
  • Manage day-to-day financial operations, with support from a bookkeeper or outsourced firm
  • Oversee outsourced IT contracts and ensure technology supports organizational needs
  • Provide actionable insights to senior leadership and the board

What You Bring

  • 5–7+ years in nonprofit finance or administrative leadership
  • Experience with fund accounting, grants, and donor restrictions
  • Comfort presenting to executive leadership and finance committees
  • Systems mindset; proficiency with tools like QuickBooks Online, Bill.com, Salesforce
  • Calm, solutions-oriented leadership and a collaborative work style
  • Bonus: familiarity with Catholic or faith-based organizational structures

Compensation & Benefits

  • Salary: $95,000–$115,000 , depending on experience
  • Generous health, dental, and vision coverage through the Diocese
  • 403(b) retirement plan with employer match
  • Pension plan eligibility
  • 28+ paid days off annually (vacation, sick, and holidays)
  • Meaningful work with a high-impact, mission-driven team

If you’re ready to bring financial clarity and operational strength to a growing nonprofit with a big mission, we’d love to hear from you. Apply directly on LinkedIn or send your resume and cover letter to [email protected].
