Job Description

We’re hiring a skilled Final Assembly Electrician to join our team in West Columbia, SC. In this role, you’ll be responsible for installing, wiring, testing, and troubleshooting electrical systems on large railway maintenance equipment. Key Responsibilities

• Install and wire electrical components during final assembly of rail maintenance equipment
• Test and troubleshoot electrical systems to ensure functionality and safety
• Assist in commissioning equipment before delivery to customers
• Read and interpret wiring diagrams, schematics, and blueprints
• Document work performed, including inspections and test results
• Follow safety protocols and quality control standards
• Collaborate with team members to meet production goals
• Support process improvement efforts on the production line

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; technical certification preferred
• Experience as an electrician in manufacturing or industrial settings
• Ability to read and understand wiring diagrams and electrical schematics
• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
• Detail-oriented and safety-conscious
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Willingness to work overtime or weekends as needed
