ELECTRICAL PROJECT EXECUTIVE – COLUMBUS, OH

Compensation: $185,000 – $225,000

Delta Construction Partners is a national executive search firm for the nation’s premier electrical contractors and industry professionals. We have been retained by a confidential electrical contractor client to conduct a search for the position of Electrical Project Executive in Columbus, Ohio .

Duties & Responsibilities

• Full P&L responsibility
• Monitor project budgets, work codes, cash flow, and forecasting
• Oversee and support project managers, superintendents, and field teams
• Ensure all projects are executed safely, efficiently, and on schedule
• Coordinate and attend meetings with clients, architects, and engineers
• Oversee quality control and compliance throughout project life cycle
• Travel to project sites as needed

Qualifications

• Strong job stability (no more than 3 employers in the last 10 years)
• 5–10+ years of experience as a Senior Project Manager or higher for a medium to large electrical subcontractor
• Proven leadership and operational success at the executive level
• Strong financial and analytical skills related to construction project P&L
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints, specifications, and contracts
• Experience in large commercial, industrial, and data center electrical projects
• Expertise in budgeting, forecasting, billing, change orders, and job costing
• Must pass background check and have a clean driving record
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S.

Preferred but Not Required

• Journeyman License or related degree
