In this role, you’ll gain hands-on experience leading community-based marketing and fundraising campaigns , starting in the field and growing into a team leadership position. Represent nonprofit partners at community outreach events, pop-ups, and retail activations
Lead face-to-face fundraising campaigns that raise awareness and drive donations
Train, coach, and supervise a small team of fundraising representatives
Oversee event logistics, campaign messaging, and donor engagement efforts
Track team performance, set goals, and provide feedback to improve outcomes
Work closely with senior leadership to refine strategy and improve community impact
Attend workshops, leadership training, and strategy meetings to grow your skills
Strong leadership potential and a passion for learning
Excellent verbal communication and relationship-building skills
High energy, positive mindset, and goal-oriented attitude
Ability to multitask and manage team dynamics in fast-paced environments
Commitment to social causes, nonprofit work, or community service
Bachelor’s degree preferred (not required with relevant experience)
Must be 18+ and legally authorized to work in the U.S.
