Job Summary :

This role involves identifying qualified leads, nurturing prospects, delivering tailored presentations, and closing deals to achieve sales targets. The ideal candidate is a skilled communicator, adept at handling objections, and motivated to drive significant revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities :

  • Lead Generation and Qualification: Identify and qualify high-potential leads through research, networking, referrals, or provided lead lists, ensuring alignment with ideal customer profiles.
  • Consultative Selling: Conduct in-depth discovery calls or meetings to understand client needs, present customized solutions, and demonstrate the value of high-ticket offerings.
  • Relationship Building: Develop and maintain strong relationships with prospects and clients, fostering trust and long-term partnerships.
  • Sales Presentations: Deliver compelling, tailored presentations or demonstrations (in-person, virtual, or via phone) to showcase product/service benefits and ROI.
  • Closing Deals: Negotiate terms, handle objections, and close high-value sales while maintaining profitability and client satisfaction.
  • Pipeline Management: Track and manage leads, opportunities, and sales activities in a CRM system (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot) to ensure accurate forecasting and reporting.
  • Market Research: Stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and customer needs to position offerings effectively.
  • Collaboration: Work with marketing, product, or support teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and satisfaction post-sale.
  • Goal Achievement: Meet or exceed monthly/quarterly sales quotas and KPIs while maintaining high standards of professionalism.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in B2B sales, or industries like real estate, luxury goods, software, coaching, or consulting.
