We provide high-quality bands, DJs, photographers, and production services for weddings, corporate events, mitzvahs, galas, and more. With a deep network of top-tier talent and a reputation for excellence, we help clients turn their events into unforgettable experiences.

We're looking for an enthusiastic and highly organized  Event Consultant / Salesperson to join our growing team!

Consultative Sales & Proposal Building

• Speak with clients to understand their event goals, budget, and entertainment needs
• Create tailored proposals highlighting talent, pricing, and production logistics
• Present, negotiate, and close bookings with confidence and professionalism

Event Coordination & Client Management

• Act as the client’s main point of contact from first call to event day
• Coordinate details with internal teams: entertainers, production, and scheduling

Account Management & Upselling

• Maintain CRM records of interactions, proposals, and confirmed bookings
• Look for opportunities to upsell services and talent for future events

Must Have:

• Proven  sales experience (ideally in a client-facing role)
• Excellent  administration & organizational skills
• Strong  communication —written and verbal
• Comfortable using  Gmail and other common digital tools

Bonus Points For:

• Experience with  Salesforce or similar CRM
• Knowledge of or interest in the  event/entertainment industry
