We’re partnering with a global wellness organization to find an exceptional Executive Assistant to support their President. This is a high-impact role for someone who is sharp, thoughtful, and knows how to get things done — no drama, no ego, just excellence.
What You’ll Do
• Manage a fast-moving, multi-time-zone calendar
• Coordinate complex travel (domestic + international) with meticulous detail
• Serve as a trusted gatekeeper and liaison across global teams
• Support executive communications, board prep, and high-visibility initiatives
• Anticipate needs, solve problems, and make life run smoother behind the scenes
• Occasionally provide personal support (e.g., travel logistics, appointments, errands)
What We’re Looking For
• 10+ years supporting senior executives (C-suite preferred)
• Exceptionally organized, discreet, and emotionally intelligent
• PowerPoint wizard — can enhance decks on the fly and elevate presentations
• Comfortable with occasional international travel and off-hours availability
• Grounded, low-maintenance, solutions-oriented personality
• Deep sense of integrity, with a connection to purpose, wellness, and values-driven work
