• 100% outpatient care – no hospital rounds or call requirements
• Serve a diverse patient population across all age groups

• Reasonable patient volume and well-supported clinical workflow
• Full administrative and nursing support

Ideal Candidate:

• Board Certified or Board Eligible in Family Medicine
• Licensed or eligible to practice in the state of Texas
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Passionate about community-based, long-term care
