[Mission of the Role]

This position is with STRADVISION TECHNOLOGY USA INC.

  • We are seeking a reliable and bilingual (Korean/English) General Office Administrator to support daily office operations and ensure our workspace runs smoothly and efficiently. This position is ideal for someone who is organized, detail-oriented, and enjoys contributing to a dynamic work environment.

[Key Responsibilities]

  • Greet visitors and manage incoming calls and deliveries
  • Oversee basic facility operations (supplies, equipment, cleanliness)
  • Handle office mail, shipping, and administrative paperwork
  • Schedule and coordinate meetings and appointments
  • Provide general administrative support to the team
  • Maintain an organized and professional office environment
  • Support daily treasury operations, including monitoring and reporting cash balances and executing payments
  • Prepare and manage regular cash flow and liquidity reports to support internal financial planning
  • Communicate with external accounting firms to assist with audits, reporting, and financial documentation
  • Assist in reconciling cash accounts and resolving discrepancies in a timely and accurate manner

[Basic Qualifications]

  • Proficiency in both Korean and English (spoken and written)
  • Strong communication and organizational skills
  • Comfortable using basic office tools (MS Office, Slack etc.)
  • Must be eligible to work locally
  • Basic understanding of cash flow reporting, account reconciliation, and general financial operations

[Preferred Qualifications]

  • Previous experience in office administration preferred
