Founded in 2012, Invisible North is a female-owned creative marketing agency headquartered in NYC with global reach. We are a team of culturally fluent strategists, creatives, designers and producers pushing the limits of possibility. Together we champion creativity and build thoughtful experiences and content that solve business problems and bring brands to life.
We are looking for a Group Creative Director to elevate our creative output and culture. This leadership role is focused on mentoring and overseeing a roster of Creative Directors, each leading projects across experiential, campaign, and content disciplines.
With an unwavering commitment to aesthetic integrity and cultural relevance, the GCD will ensure the work we produce consistently reflects our high standards and our clients’ goals. In addition to shaping the creative output, the GCD will work closely with leadership to evolve creative processes, foster collaboration, and establish best practices for delivering high-impact work.
The ideal candidate combines creative vision with operational rigor — knowing when to inspire, when to challenge, and how to navigate creative tensions to unlock exceptional work.
The role may require occasional travel and time on-site for certain projects.
Additionally, this role will positively contribute to making Invisible North’s culture an envy of the industry, a studio that turns out jaw dropping creative and design and does so by upholding an inclusive, flexible and giving work environment.
While our main office is located in DUMBO Brooklyn, we work as a distributed team with members reaching from Maine to LA, and everywhere in between. This position is remote or hybrid (NYC), and should expect to work on ET hours.
