Job Overview

We are seeking talented and passionate Hair Stylist, Hair Extensions Specialist, Brow & Lash Artist to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a flair for creativity and a strong commitment to delivering a range of hair services while ensuring that clients feel valued and satisfied with their experience. Knowledge of the latest trends is a plus. 

Duties

• Provide professional hair styling services, including cutting, coloring, and texturizing.
• Apply hair extensions and perform hair threading techniques as requested by clients.
• Utilize straight razor techniques for precision cuts and styles.
• Offer eyelash extension services to enhance clients' overall appearance.
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of tools and workstations in accordance with health regulations and Salon policy. 
• Engage with clients to understand their needs, providing recommendations on styles and products.
• Ensure a welcoming atmosphere by communicating effectively with clients and team members.
• Stay updated on industry trends and techniques to continually enhance skills.
• Be punctual and professional 

Experience

• Proven experience as a Hair Stylist or similar role in a salon environment is preferred.
• Proficiency in various hair styling techniques, including cutting, coloring, and chemical treatments.
• Experience with hair extensions, eyelash extensions, hair threading, nail care, and straight razor techniques is highly desirable.
• Strong communication skills to interact positively with clients and understand their preferences.
• Ability to work collaboratively within a team while also being self-motivated.
• A valid cosmetology license if required
