Job Title: Housekeeper/Cook/Family Assistant

Location: Denver, CO

Schedule: Full-Time (Monday–Friday, with occasional weekend flexibility)

Compensation: $80,000-$100,000, commensurate with experience; full benefits

Position Summary:

We are seeking a dependable, proactive, and detail-oriented Housekeeper/Cook/Family Assistant to support a busy professional household. The ideal candidate is a self-starter who can manage daily housekeeping, prepare healthy family meals, and handle personal errands with efficiency and discretion. This is a long-term opportunity for someone who enjoys supporting an active household with high standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Housekeeping:

• Perform full-service cleaning of the home, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, deep cleaning and organizing
• Maintain cleanliness and organization of all rooms, including bedrooms, bathrooms, kitchen, and living areas, and outside seating areas
• Manage laundry, including washing, ironing, folding, and wardrobe care
• Restock household supplies and maintain general tidiness
• Monitor and report issues related to lighting, plumbing, A/V, temperature control, and general home systems
• Perform seasonal and routine maintenance on household systems and appliances
• Keep vehicles clean, fueled, and ready for use
• Coordinate with outside vendors as needed

Cooking:

• Plan, prepare, and serve healthy, family-style meals (typically dinner, occasional breakfast/lunch prep)
• Accommodate dietary preferences and restrictions
• Maintain a clean and organized kitchen and pantry

Errands & Family Assistance:

• Run errands such as grocery shopping, dry cleaning, post office visits, and returns
• Manage household inventory and supplies
• Occasionally assist with scheduling service appointments or simple admin tasks
• Assist with basic pet care
• Support occasional family events and travel preparations

Qualifications:

• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in a similar role within a private home
• Strong cooking skills with an emphasis on nutritious and family-friendly meals
• Excellent time management and organizational skills
• Reliable, discreet, and professional demeanor
• Ability to work independently and anticipate household needs
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
• Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
• Fluent in English (other languages a plus)

Preferred Attributes:

• CPR/First Aid certified
• Tech-savvy with the ability to use apps for shopping lists or calendars
• Flexibility to adapt to changing schedules and needs
