About the Company

We are looking for a proactive and experienced HR Generalist / HR Manager to join our team. This is a full-stack HR role covering daily operations, total rewards, employee engagement, recruiting support, and people analytics. You will work closely with leadership to build and scale people programs that support a high-growth, high-performance environment.

This is a full-stack HR role covering daily operations, total rewards, employee engagement, recruiting support, and people analytics. You will work closely with leadership to build and scale people programs that support a high-growth, high-performance environment.

Responsibilities

Total Rewards

  • Manage compensation planning, including salary benchmarking and performance-based incentive design
  • Oversee employee benefits, including health insurance renewal and 401(k) administration

Daily HR Operations

  • Lead core HR processes: onboarding, offboarding, employee documentation, and policy execution
  • Manage payroll administration, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely processing
  • Oversee immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, OPT/CPT, green card) with external counsel
  • Implement and maintain HRIS systems to improve efficiency and data accuracy
  • Handle day-to-day HR support, employee relations, and compliance matters

Culture & Employee Engagement

  • Plan and execute team building activities and employee engagement initiatives
  • Champion company culture, internal communication, and value alignment
  • Coordinate performance review cycles and employee development programs

HR Data & Analytics

  • Maintain clean and accurate HR data
  • Build and interpret HR reports and dashboards (e.g., headcount, turnover, engagement)
  • Leverage data insights to inform people strategy and executive decisions

Recruiting

  • Support end-to-end recruiting tasks: resume screening, interview coordination, and candidate interviews
  • Collaborate on headcount planning and staffing priorities
  • Ensure a smooth and positive onboarding experience for new hires

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of HR experience in a high-tech industry (required)
  • Proven expertise across compensation, benefits, payroll, immigration, and HR operations
  • Experience managing health insurance, 401(k), and HRIS systems
  • Familiarity with U.S. immigration processes (e.g., H-1B, OPT, green card)
  • Strong organizational and problem-solving skills with attention to detail
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills across all levels
  • Proficiency with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Slides, Drive)
  • Comfortable operating independently in a fast-paced, scaling environment

Preferred Skills

  • Experience supporting multi-state or international teams
