Human Resources Generalist – Healthcare
Location: NYC – Lower East Side (5 days onsite)
Salary: $75–80K
Our client, a mission-driven healthcare organization located on the Lower East Side, is seeking a Human Resources Generalist to lead and support the recruitment and onboarding of critical clinical roles—including therapists, nurses, social workers, doctors, and nurse practitioners.
This position is central to the HR team, with responsibilities that also include benefits administration, employee relations, compliance, policy updates, and the daily functions that keep HR running smoothly. It’s a great opportunity to support a dedicated healthcare workforce while making a lasting organizational impact.
Our client is seeking professionals from a healthcare or hospital setting with 4+ years of HR and recruitment experience . A proven track record in recruiting healthcare professionals is required .
This role is based onsite, 5 days per week , on the Lower East Side of NYC.
