Join the dynamic team at Norman S. Wright as an Inside Technical Sales representative. We are seeking a full-time professional with a strong background in the HVAC industry. In this role, you will work closely with our outside sales team to provide critical support to our customers.
You will be responsible for a variety of tasks, including equipment selection, quoting, tracking orders, and managing the after-sales process for customers. You will also be expected to provide quick, precise responses to customer inquiries, participate in sales meetings and manufacturer training, and actively promote and market our products to generate new business relationships.
As a member of our team, you'll work collaboratively to develop creative solutions to technical problems and ensure on-time delivery of products to our valued customers. A degree in engineering is preferred, and a strong history in the HVAC industry is required.
