Position: Interior Design Sales Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional with a background in interior design to join our team as an Interior Design Sales Specialist. This role blends your passion for design with your talent for client engagement and sales, helping clients realize their vision for beautiful, technology-enhanced homes.

Key Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to understand their design preferences and lifestyle needs, translating them into smart home solutions.
• Present and sell The Fulton Group’s suite of integrated home products and services.
• Collaborate with architects, builders, and other design professionals to ensure seamless integration of technology into luxury interiors.
• Prepare and deliver design proposals, floor plans, and presentations that showcase both aesthetic and technical solutions.
• Maintain and grow client relationships, ensuring satisfaction from initial consultation through project completion.
• Stay current on interior design and smart home technology trends to provide informed recommendations.
• Achieve sales targets and contribute to the growth of The Fulton Group’s client base.

Qualifications

• Must live in Nashville, as this is not a remote/work from home position.
• Degree or equivalent experience in Interior Design or related field.
• Proven experience in interior design, sales, or a client-facing design consultant role.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills.
• Ability to use design software (e.g., AutoCAD, SketchUp) and create digital floor plans.
• Knowledge of smart home technology, AV systems, or willingness to learn.
• Passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences and high-quality design solutions.
• Self-motivated, organized, and able to manage multiple projects.
