Job Description

Hybrid’s humble beginnings started in 1997 in the back of a print shop designing, selling, and printing tee shirts. Today, Hybrid is a global apparel industry powerhouse in brand and licensing management. Hybrid provides its expertise and fully vertical operations capability – design, merchandising, development, sourcing, production, and distribution – to a broad suite of branded, licensed, generic, and private label partners. Hybrid’s full-service apparel design and manufacturing expertise extends across the apparel category, including knits, woven tops, bottoms, tees, and accessories.

As our organization has evolved, so has our philosophy of doing business. We have made concerted efforts to remove ourselves from the antiquated approach of other apparel manufacturers and doing things differently has been our focus. We are building a company ethos that breeds innovation, collaboration, integrity and excellence in customer service.

What is my role?

As a Transportation Logistics Analyst you will play a vital role in supporting, managing, and optimizing our international transportation and logistics operations. In this position, you’ll work closely with sourcing, supply chain, and operations teams to ensure the timely, cost-effective, and compliant movement of goods from global suppliers to regional distribution centers and end customers.

This is an exciting opportunity for candidates at both entry and mid-career levels to gain hands-on experience in global supply chain operations while building analytical, problem-solving, and cross-functional collaboration skills in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.

You’ll be at the heart of optimizing our transportation processes, ensuring efficient and cost-effective solutions across our global supply chain. Your role will directly impact key areas such as global sourcing, import logistics, carrier coordination, and delivery—crucial to maintaining high customer satisfaction and supporting business growth. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to strategic transportation initiatives, improve operational workflows, and build strong relationships with suppliers and freight partners.

If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about enhancing logistics operations while driving cost-saving initiatives, we invite you to join our dynamic, forward-thinking team!

What You'll Do

Global Transportation & Forecasting:

  • Collaborate with sourcing, planning, and production teams to align transportation timelines with seasonal demand and product launches.
  • Ensure proactive planning for peak seasons and market fluctuations.

International Logistics Execution:

  • Manage the movement of goods from global manufacturing hubs to distribution centers, ensuring compliance and efficiency.
  • Ensure proper documentation for customs, including trade compliance adherence.

Data Analytics & Reporting:

  • Analyze performance trends across cost, time, and carrier reliability.
  • Create dashboards and develop KPIs to monitor and improve transportation network effectiveness.

Vendor & Carrier Management:

  • Select and negotiate with carriers for optimal cost and service.
  • Monitor third-party logistics (3PL) performance and address service issues directly

Process Optimization:

  • Lead initiatives to improve route planning, delivery schedules, and shipment tracking systems.
  • Propose and implement improvements based on data-driven insights.

Problem Solving & Strategy:

  • Proactively resolve logistics issues and bottlenecks across international routes.
  • Contribute to long-term logistics strategy and support cross-functional decisions.

What You'll Need

Education: Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, International Business, or a related field.

Experience :

  • This entry-to-mid-level role is ideal for candidates with 0–2 years of experience who are eager to grow within global logistics and supply chain operations.
  • Excel skills (pivot tables, VLOOKUP, XLOOKUP, macros)
  • Familiarity with routing portals, carrier tracking sites, and logistics systems such as TMS, WMS, or ERP (e.g., AS400, SAP, Oracle) is preferred.
  • Strong understanding of global trade regulations, freight management, and route optimization.
  • Ability to drive vendor negotiations and influence cross-functional decisions.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and organizational skills.

Flexibility:

  • This role follows a standard work schedule with flexibility to accommodate peak periods and seasonal fluctuations in the business. Given the fast-paced nature of the industry, particularly during fashion season launches, promotional sales, and peak retail periods, occasional extended hours or weekend shifts may be required to meet critical deadlines and ensure seamless operations.
  • This is a full-time position, primarily based in a distribution center or office environment. However, the role may require occasional travel to meet with suppliers, vendors, or customers to ensure smooth coordination of logistics operations. Flexibility and adaptability are key to managing the dynamic nature of the logistics field.
