Job Description

Office Administrator - On-site

Target Compensation: approximately $85-95k base salary + 10% bonus

What You’ll Do

  • Manage office vendors and equipment (coffee, water, furniture, supplies) and daily office operations.
  • Maintain a professional, organized, and well-stocked office environment.
  • Plan and coordinate company events, internal meetings, and client visits.
  • Support leadership with special projects as needed.
  • Handle US and international flights, hotels, and transportation.
  • Prepare and fine-tune PowerPoint presentations and documents.
  • Process expenses and handle office purchasing.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal teams, clients, and vendors.
  • Identify opportunities to improve office processes and workflow.
  • Support employee onboarding, including workspace setup and training coordination.
  • Help HR with employee issues and tasks.

Who You Are

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4–6 years of experience in office management or administration.
  • Strong Microsoft Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
  • Proactive, solutions-oriented, and eager to learn and grow.
  • Professional, collaborative, and able to take initiative.
