Job Title: Clinic Operations Manager

Location: Beverly Hills, CA 90210

Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM. This is an on-site position.

Salary Range: $90,000 - $140,000 per year, depending on experience.

Position Overview: We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated Clinic Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Plastic Surgery and Outpatient Surgery clinic. This role will focus on managing administrative staff, optimizing processes, ensuring efficient patient flow, and contributing to a positive patient experience. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in healthcare operations management.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage the administrative team, including front desk staff and patient coordinators.
• Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficiency and quality patient care.
• Manage billing processes and work through new processes, including patient refunds.
• Develop and implement operational strategies and process improvements.
• Manage front desk scheduling and staffing to meet operational needs.
• Develop and monitor metrics related to front desk performance and patient satisfaction.
• Provide operational support and collaborate closely with clinical teams.
• Contribute to overall clinic strategy and inter-departmental collaboration.

Qualifications:

• Minimum of 5 years of management experience within a health system or similar healthcare environment.
• Proven ability to manage teams and lead operational functions.
• Experience with healthcare billing and process improvement.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to analyze data and implement performance metrics.
