We’re currently about 100 employees and expanding. As we grow, we’re looking for an Office Manager who’s proactive, resourceful, and excited to take full ownership of our in-person office operations.

Location: San Francisco

Schedule: In-office, Monday–Friday, 9:00am–5:00/6:00pm

Compensation: $80–90k base

About the Role:

As our Office Manager, you’ll report to the Executive Assistant and take full responsibility for creating a high-functioning, welcoming, and productive office environment. You’ll own logistics, vendor management, events, office maintenance, and everything that makes the day-to-day run smoothly for our high-performing team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the go-to person for all office operations and logistics
  • Maintain a clean, professional, and functional office environment
  • Manage vendor relationships, supplies, meal delivery, and event logistics
  • Coordinate conference rooms, office maintenance, and building communications
  • Own onboarding logistics including workstations, IT equipment, and welcome setup
  • Organize and support company events, offsites, and special projects
  • Help foster a strong and collaborative workplace culture

What We're Looking For:

  • Based in San Francisco (this is a 5-day onsite role)
  • Bachelor’s degree required
  • Some relevant experience in office coordination, recruiting coordination, or admin work
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Extremely organized and able to manage multiple priorities
  • Fast learner, forward thinker, and deeply service-oriented
  • A high-growth mindset and desire to grow with the company
