Your Role:

As our Office Manager, you will be the heartbeat of our office—ensuring smooth operations while being the welcoming face and voice for our clients. This is a unique opportunity to manage day-to-day office tasks, oversee technical back-office functions, and provide vital support to both our Operations and Advisor Teams. Your role will be crucial in maintaining our high standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Client Engagement: Be the first point of contact for clients, whether over the phone or in person. Provide a warm, professional welcome and offer general information about the firm.
  • Office Coordination: Manage office operations, including scheduling, vendor relationships, mail distribution, and maintaining the cleanliness of our space.
  • Technical & Administrative Support: Support systems management, including our Portfolio Management System, Document Management System, and CRM. Ensure data integrity and support our team's technology needs.
  • Event Planning: Assist with the planning and execution of internal events, client meetings, and special occasions.

  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Access, Outlook) and Windows 10. Experience with wealth management or accounting systems is a plus!
  • Experience in a professional office environment and with customer interaction is preferred.
