On-Call Esthetician (With Growth Potential!)
Are you a passionate, licensed esthetician looking for an opportunity to grow your skills and build your clientele? Our spa is seeking a dedicated On-Call Esthetician who is eager to provide exceptional service, promote self-care, and recommend home care regimens. This role has the potential to transition into a part-time position based on performance and demand.
$16.25/hr plus service commission and commission on product sales

✔ Licensed Esthetician – Must hold a valid esthetics license.
✔ Self-Promoter – Comfortable marketing yourself, our spa, and our products.
✔ Sales-Oriented – Able to recommend and sell skincare products that enhance client results.
✔ Client Educator – Passionate about guiding clients on personalized home care regimens.
✔ Flexible & Reliable – Available for on-call shifts with potential for a steady schedule.
✔ Growth Mindset – Eager to learn and expand your skill set in our educational-focused spa .
Technical Skills
✔ Proficiency in Facial Treatments – Ability to analyze skin types and provide customized treatments.
✔ Expertise in Advanced Skincare Modalities – Knowledge of high-end spa services like hydrafacials, dermaplaning, micro needling, or oxygen facials.
✔ Body Treatments Knowledge – Familiarity with body wraps, scrubs, and detoxifying treatments.
✔ Waxing & Hair Removal – Skill in gentle, precise waxing techniques for face and body.
✔ Massage Techniques – Basic facial massage and lymphatic drainage skills to enhance relaxation and results.
