Job Description

Our client, a fast frowing advisory firm is seekinga detail-oriented and analytical Operations Analyst to join their team. In this role, you will be responsible for reviewing internal and external documents, procedures, and policies to ensure they are accurate, compliant, and aligned with organizational standards. This position plays a critical part in maintaining operational excellence and supporting regulatory readiness within the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Review and analyze documents, reports, and company policies for accuracy, consistency, and compliance with regulatory and internal standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including compliance, legal, and advisory services, to ensure documents meet required guidelines.
  • Identify gaps, errors, or areas of improvement and propose actionable recommendations.
  • Track and manage document revisions, ensuring version control and proper documentation.
  • Assist in developing and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs) and best practices.
  • Support internal audits and regulatory reviews by preparing and organizing required documentation.
  • Monitor industry and regulatory changes to ensure company policies remain current and compliant.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Operations, or related field.
  • 2+ years of experience in operations, compliance, or a document review role; experience in professional services preferred.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and document management systems.
