We are looking for a dedicated and highly capable Personal Assistant to support our CEO in both business and personal matters. This is a high-trust, high-impact role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can juggle multiple responsibilities with discretion, maturity, and precision.

Who We’re Looking For

💼 You must have at least 5 years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant, ideally supporting C-level executives.

📍 You must be currently based in Los Angeles and available to work onsite daily.

🎓 A bachelor’s degree is required.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage the CEO’s calendar, schedule meetings, and coordinate across time zones
  • Handle personal errands, appointments, and confidential matters discreetly
  • Make complex travel arrangements for the CEO and family when required
  • Interface with staff, vendors, clients, and other stakeholders on the CEO’s behalf
  • Draft, review, and manage communications and documents
  • Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an organized filing and task-tracking system
  • Assist in planning private events, business dinners, and high-level meetings
  • Coordinate office-related logistics as needed (invoices, deliveries, supplies, etc.)

Required Skills & Qualifications

  • Minimum 5+ years of experience as a Personal or Executive Assistant
  • Strong experience handling sensitive and confidential matters
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive
  • Tech-savvy – strong command of MS Office Suite, Google Workspace, and scheduling tools
  • Must hold a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Office Management, or a related field
  • Must be based in Los Angeles and able to commute to the office daily
  • Previous experience in a family office, tech startup, or fast-paced executive setting preferred
