Small consumer lifestyle PR agency looking for an ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE with experience working on food & beverage and CPG brands to join its Los Angeles team!

The Account Executive will work across up to 5 accounts mostly within these industries, helping craft compelling narratives, secure media coverage, and build strong relationships with key stakeholders.

Account Executive Key Responsibilities:

• Create engaging story angles, pitch media, and secure impactful press coverage within the food, beverage, and CPG sectors.
• Draft press materials, including press releases, executive bios, and brand messaging.
• Serve as a primary day-to-day contact for clients.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key journalists in relevant industries.
• Prepare briefing materials and coordinate client interviews.
• Identify and engage influencer and affiliate partners for brand collaborations.
• Provide regular client updates and contribute to strategic planning and presentations.
• Lead and actively participate in client calls, offering actionable insights and recommendations.
• Manage multiple projects efficiently, balancing priorities across several accounts.

Account Executive Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of PR experience at a PR/communications agency working with food & beverage, CPG, toy, and/or pet brands.
• Strong track record of pitching and securing media coverage in both top-tier national outlets and trades for any of the aforementioned industries.
• Experience in influencer and affiliate marketing is a plus!
• Exceptional writing skills that have been used to draft press releases, briefing materials, pitches, and more.
• Confident in client relations, with strong communication and presentation abilities.
• Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• A proactive, strategic mindset with a passion for the food, beverage, and CPG industries.
• Must be able to come into the agency's downtown Los Angeles office 2 days/week.

HYBRID OFFICE SET-UP : all employees are required to work in the agency's downtown Los Angeles office 2 days/week. Fully remote candidates, those requiring relocation, or who cannot satisfy this full requirement will not be considered.

ANNUAL SALARY: $55,000 - $65,000
