Job Description

Red Seat Ventures is looking for a highly skilled Public Relations and Publicity Manager to spearhead and execute strategic public relations campaigns for our diverse portfolio of creator clients. In this role, you will be responsible for growing content visibility and brand awareness through strategic media exposure for our talent’s businesses, products, and projects.

You will play a pivotal role in amplifying our creators' voices, exposing them to new audiences, and positioning them as leaders in their respective genres. We’re seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and data-driven professional who thrives in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and has a proven track record in media relations and executing successful PR campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement customized PR strategies for each client to achieve business objectives and help boost revenue growth.
• Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with media outlets, journalists, and influencers to secure high-quality media placements.
• Coordinate media outreach, interviews, and press coverage to ensure maximum exposure for client projects and initiatives.
• Identify newsworthy & dynamic moments from our creator’s portfolio daily and disseminate to external media outlets for potential coverage.
• Create compelling press materials including press releases, media pitches, and other PR-related content for our talent and their businesses.
• Track, analyze, and report on the success of media coverage campaigns using data-driven insights.
• Work closely with internal teams and clients to align PR efforts with broader marketing and business strategies.
• Field inbound media inquiries and talent appearance requests and work with key stakeholders to respond in a timely manner. 
• Monitor social media platforms for mentions of our talent. 
• Stay ahead of industry trends, emerging media outlets, & new opportunities for client visibility.

Requirements:

· 3-4 years of experience in public relations, media relations, or publicity, ideally within the creator or news & entertainment industry.

· Track record of securing top-tier media placements & managing successful PR campaigns.

· Exceptional writing and communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling narratives and pitch to diverse media outlets.

· Highly organized and detail-oriented with the ability to juggle multiple projects at once

· A proactive, solutions-oriented mindset with a focus on achieving measurable results.

· A strong network of media contacts across various platforms, including digital, traditional, and social media.

· Familiarity with analytics tools and the ability to derive insights from data to optimize PR efforts.

· Strong understanding of various media, including podcasts, digital video, social platforms, and traditional media outlets.
