Job Description

Position Summary:

The Regional Business Manager is tasked with overseeing daily operations by implementing and adjusting strategies to ensure operational efficiency, optimal productivity, and the growth of sales and earnings. In this role, the Regional Manager supervises overall operations and manages labor, productivity, quality control, and safety measures while adhering to the company's policies and applicable laws.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Carry-out operational duties within the specified territory efficiently.
  • Support other departments in the development and deployment of sales strategies and budget attainment in conjunction with the sales department.
  • Manage installation and service teams to ensure quality and timeliness of work performed.
  • Develop and maintain customer and vendor relationships to resolve issues.
  • Development and implementation of operational budgets, location specific goals and expense management.
  • Lead department staffing, including hiring, training, and regular evaluations.
  • Mentor team members and promote a collaborative working environment.
  • Oversee safety policies and practices implementation.
  • Perform other essential duties as assigned.

Experience:

  • BA/BS in business administration or a related field. Work experience may substitute for education requirements.
  • 2 to 3 years of experience providing mentorship and coaching to individual team members.

Working Conditions: This job involves both office and farm environments, with regular use of computers, phones, and Microsoft Suite programs as well as ERP systems. On the farm, expect exposure to dust, hygiene chemicals, and typical dairy products. The role requires periods in an office and occasional loud noises from vacuum pumps and other equipment.
