Crossroads Courier is looking for a dynamic, strategic, and results-driven Regional Operations Manager to lead our Western Region into its next era of operational excellence. About the Role:

As the Regional Operations Manager, you'll be at the heart of our courier operations, steering multiple sites to deliver outstanding performance, safety, and service quality. You’ll lead from the front, managing teams, streamlining processes, and ensuring packages get from A to B quickly, efficiently, and with a smile.

Expect a dynamic schedule as this isn’t your typical 8–5 job. The courier and logistics world moves fast, and flexibility is key to staying ahead in a 24/7 industry.

What You’ll Do

As Regional Operations Manager, you’ll take full command of our Phoenix, Las Vegas and Kansas City divisions , and others as assigned. You’ll serve as a critical bridge between high-level strategy and day-to-day execution—owning performance, people development, and profit delivery across your region.

• Lead with an entrepreneurial mindset: Take full ownership of your operation, make impactful decisions, and drive performance as if the success of the business depends on you—because it does.
• Lead & Develop: Provide coaching, guidance, and leadership to division management, driving high performance across divisions.
• Financial Stewardship: Take full ownership of the P&L—manage budgets, control costs, and drive profitability.
• Collaborative Leadership: Act as a cross-functional liaison, working with department heads to secure resources and align strategies.
• Operational Excellence: Achieve and exceed KPIs by optimizing internal systems and leading continuous improvement initiatives.
• HR Partnership: Collaborate with Human Resources on recruiting, onboarding, employee relations, and staff development.
• Customer Success: Cultivate client relationships and ensure service-level agreements (SLAs) are consistently met.
• Workforce Planning: Align staffing and scheduling with operational needs while ensuring compliance and adequate coverage.
• Strategic Execution: Lead both seasonal and long-term planning initiatives, including special projects and reorgs.
• New Business Launches: Oversee implementation of new accounts and projects, ensuring seamless operational integration.

What You Bring to the Table

• Educational Background : Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Logistics or Supply Chain Management preferred or equivalent combination of work experience and education.
• Leadership Experience : 5+ years of hands-on leadership in logistics, transportation, or courier operations environment. Other faced-paced industries will be considered.
• Financial Acumen : Proven track record in P&L ownership and budget management.
• Strategic & Tactical Skills : A sharp strategic mind with the ability to turn ideas into action.
• Communication & Leadership : Strong leadership and top-notch communication skills.
• Analytical & Improvement Focused : A data-driven, analytical approach with a focus on constant improvement.
• Multi-Site & Cross-Functional Leadership : Experience in overseeing multi-site operations and cross-functional teams.
• Tech-Savvy : Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Outlook, Teams, SharePoint) and quick to learn new software.
• Willingness to Travel: Flexibility to travel as needed across the Western Region as well as occasionally jump in to make deliveries, ensuring our customers get their packages right when they need them.
