Regional Sales Manager

This person can be based out of CO, AZ, NM, or UT.

Salary: $110-130 K + commission

Our client is an industry leading plastics film manufacturer. They are seeking a Regional Sales Manager who has experience selling plastics films to converters. This is a growing company with great stability. Come be a part of an incredible team!

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve regional sales targets and expand market share.
• Identify and cultivate relationships with key customers, distributors, and industry partners.
• Maintain a strong understanding of market trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure customer satisfaction and drive sales growth.
• Prepare sales forecasts, budgets, and activity reports.

Qualifications:

• 5+ years of sales experience.
• Experience in the plastics film industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of achieving sales goals.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Ability to travel up to 50%.

This is 90% a "hunter" role, 10% account management.
